Welcome to the world of Kami! Use this guide to learn the basics and as a reference for everything you'll need to get started.
1. Creating a Kami account
First things first, you will need to have a Kami account to get started.
If you have never logged in to Kami before, creating your account is easy! Learn more about how to create your account and sign in to Kami.
2. Adding the Kami browser extension
The Kami extension should be installed to easily open Kami, access all the available features, and integrate with your school's Learning Management System for working on and turning in assignments.
If this is not already installed on your browser, you can learn how to install it for Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
π‘ Once your Kami account has been linked with Google Drive or OneDrive, you'll be able to directly open files from those locations into Kami with one click using the Open with Kami button.
3. Learning Management Systems and Kami
A Learning Management System (LMS) is a platform teachers can use to organize and share class assignments and grades.
When integrated with Kami, the assignments received on these platforms can be easily opened in Kami for you to work on and submit back to your teacher for grading.
