We suggest that you block other PDF viewers, such as DocHub or Text-Help Read and Write, or at least ensure that they aren't set as the default PDF viewer.

This is because having multiple programs active at once may confuse students or cause conflict with the integrations during assignments. To disable other PDF viewers, simply follow the same previous steps to locate them in the Chrome store, and under “Installation Policy” select “Block”.

This is a vital step for the whole domain or OUs to reduce the prompts of authentication whenever a user logs in into the Kami App using their Google account and when accessing their files in the Google Drive.

Step 1. While logged in with your Google Admin account, visit the Kami App page in the Google Workspace Marketplace and click on the "Admin install" button

Step 2. You will then be shown a permission request. Click “Continue”.

Step 3. It will then pop-up an admin wide installation consent screen. Click the "FINISH" button once you selected your desired installation targets and have ticked the agreement questions.

That's it. Please refer to this article to see more details about adding the Kami - Google Workspace Marketplace App to the domain's allowlist for Google Advanced Protection.
