Some browsers have a wide variety of voice options available where others don't, this is unfortunately limited to what device you use. Below is a list of which browsers have the best options for Read Aloud voices and which devices they are available on.

Microsoft Edge has the best voice options available for free, you have access to voice options that aren't normally available on other browsers. Some examples are Afrikaans and Icelandic. This is the best browser to use the Read aloud tool with.

Google Chrome Browser has the second best options for languages. It has a lot less languages than Microsoft Edge, also you limit yourself to a significant extent in regards to quality of languages in other words how they sound.

Firefox and all other browsers have an extremely limited amount of voices, they resort to only having the basic set. We do not recommend using these browsers for the best Read Aloud experience.

To add new languages to the list for the Read Aloud tool in Kami you need to add the language to your Operating System, this means your device itself not your browser. Below is a list of links that will take you to whichever operating system you need to add a language to.
