Eraser tool

Keep your documents neat and tidy by removing unwanted annotations in just a click.

The Eraser tool is just one way to remove annotations in Kami. Learn more about the other annotation deletion methods.

 

What is the Eraser tool?

The Eraser tool helps you remove unwanted annotations. Whether you need a quick fix or a clean slate, Eraser gives you the flexibility to control exactly what stays on the page.

✏️ Rest assured, you can only erase annotations made with Kami tools and cannot erase other users' annotations.

 
 

How to use the Eraser tool

Once you select the Eraser tool from your toolbar, you'll see two options:

  1. Drawings and Shapes — This will erase annotations made Drawing or Shapes tool.

  2. All Annotations — This will erase annotations made with any Kami tools. 

After choosing from these options, simply click on the on-page annotations to remove them.
 

💡 If you make a mistake or change your mind, just use the Undo button or Restore Annotations feature to bring the desired annotations back to the page!
