Deploying your license domain-wide

How does domain-wide deployment work?
This deployment method is designed for licenses that cover all users under a domain. It is the most efficient deployment method, as it automatically assigns the license to any email address associated with your chosen domain(s).
Adding users
Users are added based on the email addresses associated with your domain(s). Therefore, all existing users with your domain(s) email address will be automatically added to the license, and any new users will be added when they sign up for Kami with your domain(s) email address.
Removing users
Removing users from your license using this method is possible, but only if they are inactive in Kami. Any users removed who are still using Kami will automatically be re-added to the license.
If you only need specific users in the license rather than all users in the domain/s, we recommend using the Google Workspace Org Unit deployment method instead.
If your license is deployed domain-wide, a domain will be listed in the Email Domain data section. If that section is blank, the license is currently not deployed domain-wide.
How to activate domain-wide deployment
This deployment method can only be activated by a Kami team member.
