Creating Kami assignments in Toddle

Simplify your Schoology assignment workflow with Kami.

How to create a Kami assignment in Toddle

1. Navigate to the desired grade level from your Toddle homepage. On the Assignments view, select the Create new button, then select Assessment from the drop-down options.

2. In the Create an assessment window that opens, fill in the details of your assignment, then scroll down to the Submission template section.

Select the plus (+) button on the right side, then hover over the Add an external tool option and select Kami.

3. A Kami window will open, prompting you to attach your assignment and update the settings if needed.
 
Once you've attached your file and finished configuring the assignment settings, click the Assign button to distribute it to your class.

4. After attaching the file from Kami, it will appear as attached beneath the Submission template section. When you've finished creating the assignment, select Assign.

5. A second assign confirmation window will appear, where you can configure additional settings. When you're finished, select the Assign button.

That's it! Your students should now have access and can start working on their new Kami assignment. The created assignment will be listed under the Assignments page of the selected grade level.
 



 

Editing your Kami assignments

If you need to make any changes to your Kami assignment after creating it, simply select the settings button on the right side of the assignment on the Assignments page, then select Edit Assignment.
