If you are seeing messages like the following screenshot, please uninstall and reinstall the Kami app through the Google admin console. (If you do not have access to this, please ask your IT or similar department). 

You can also allow data access for Kami if you have not already. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. From the Admin console Home page, go to Apps and then Marketplace apps.
  2. Click an app to open its Settings page.
  3. Click "Data access."
  4. Select "Grant data access" if it is not already granted.
  5. Click the triangle next to an access type to see additional details on the type of data being accessed. (This information is provided by the developer and may not be present for all access types.)
