Working on Kami assignments in Google Classroom (for Students)
With Kami in Google Classroom, it's easier than ever to complete and turn in your assignments.
Who is this for?
👤 Kami assignments can be worked on by Students using Google Classroom.
To complete the steps in this article, the Kami extension must be installed in your Chrome or Edge browser.
How to complete Kami assignments in Google Classroom
1. Open your Kami assignment
In Google Classroom, open the Classwork tab, then click the Kami assignment you'd like to work on. After selecting the assignment, you'll see a file under Your Work. Click this to open the file in Kami.

If you don't see your Kami assignment, you'll see a preview of the file instead. Check the top-right for an Open with Kami button, then click this to open.

2. Complete your Kami assignment
Once our file has loaded, you can use the Kami toolbar to annotate and complete your assignment.
3. Turn in your Kami Assignment
Once you've finished your work, you can turn it in directly from Kami to Google Classroom by clicking the Turn in button in the top-right corner.
After selecting this button, you'll be prompted to confirm you're ready to turn in your work. Select Turn In again to confirm. The button will then change to Unsubmit, indicating that the assignment has been successfully turned in.

If the Turn in button doesn't appear in Kami, check the top-right corner for a Turn in button instead.
After selecting this button, you'll be prompted to confirm you're ready to turn in your work. Select Turn In again to confirm. The button will then change to Unsubmit, indicating that the assignment has been successfully turned in.
