How to find your Kami receipt

Your past Kami billing invoices are available in the Kami billing portal. To open the billing portal, navigate to the Account & Settings menu in Kami, then select Settings.

In the Settings window that opens, select the Subscriptions tab, then find and select the Manage Payments link under the Billing section.

In the Billing History dashboard, you can view/add payment methods and view your past invoices.

Kami billing receipts sent via email

Kami billing receipts are also sent via email. To find past your receipts in your inbox, just type 'Kami receipt' in the search bar of your email provider to filter your inbox.

These emails are sent from Kami Billing, and the subject line will read "Kami Receipt for <billing date>".

Understanding your Kami receipt

Your Kami receipt email contains several details regarding your payment. This includes:

1. Payment amount

2. Payment date

3. Payment method information

4. PDF copy of your invoice
