Managing your Kami subscriptions and billing

Easily view past and current subscriptions, manage payment methods, or cancel your Kami plan.

Who is this for?

👤 Kami administrators and teachers with past/current Kami subscriptions.

 

Accessing your subscription information

In Kami, you can navigate to your subscriptions from the Account & Settings menu.

Just select the Settings option from the drop-down, then open the Subscriptions tab in the window that opens.

Managing subscriptions

In the Subscriptions section of the Subscriptions tab, you'll find information regarding your current and past Kami subscriptions.

To cancel an active subscription, you can select the Stop auto-renewal option to the right of the plan. This will stop the next scheduled payment and cancel your Kami plan.

📝 After stopping auto-renewal, a pop-up will appear confirming it has been stopped. The subscription will remain in Active status until the date shown and will not renew afterward.

Managing billing

In the Billing section of the Subscriptions tab, you'll find information regarding the payment method used for your subscriptions.

To make changes to your payment method or view your invoice history, select the Manage Payments option.

This will open a new window for our billing portal, where you can review your billing information in more detail.

📝 If you add a new payment method, you can remove the old one from your account by selecting the X next to the payment method information.


Requesting a refund

To request a refund of your subscription, please contact our support team with a copy of your receipt or the last 4 digits and expiry date of the payment method used.

If able, please also provide the date the payment was made; this will most likely be the same date as the renewal date on your subscription.
