Kami frequently prompting to re-login or re-authorize

Why does Kami keep prompting me to login or authorize?

When opening a new document, Kami may ask you to log in or authorize Kami's access again, depending on your browsers settings for third-party cookies.

To check this, refer to the below steps for updating the browser privacy settings in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Updating Chrome privacy settings

1. Navigate to your Chrome settings by pasting chrome://settings/ in your browser, or by clicking the Customize and control (⋯) button in the top right corner of Chrome, then selecting Settings.

2. Select the Privacy and security tab on the left side panel, then select Third-party cookies.

3. Ensure that the Allow third-party cookies setting is selected. If Block third-party cookies is currently selected, change this to Allow third-party cookies instead.

Updating Edge privacy settings

1. Navigate to your Edge settings by pasting edge://settings/ in your browser, or by clicking the Settings and more (⋯) button in the top right corner of Chrome, then selecting Settings.

2. Select the Privacy, search, and services tab on the left side panel, then select Cookies.

3. Ensure that the Allow sites to save and read cookie data setting is selected. If Block third-party cookies is currently selected, change this to Allow sites to save and read cookie data instead.
