Deleting your Kami account

How to delete your account

1. First, navigate to the Account & Settings menu in Kami by selecting the button in the upper-right corner with your initials. In the drop-down menu that opens, select Settings.

2. In the Settings menu, select Advanced on the left-hand side. After selecting, you'll see the Delete my account option. Select this to start the account deletion process.

3. After selecting Delete My Account, a window will appear with important information regarding the account deletion process. After reading through this information, select the Reauthenticate button to confirm.

After selecting, your account will be deleted in 7 days. You can cancel the scheduled deletion at any time by logging back into your Kami account and clicking the Cancel Deletion button in the pop-up window that appears when you log in.
