A guide for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge users

Turning on your microphone and camera

Due to video and audio content, some annotation tools require your microphone or camera access.

Google Chrome

Kami's Comment tool requires a microphone and camera, so you'll need to click on the built-in settings menu at the bottom of the drop-down. Once clicked, a prompt will appear at the top of your browser with the option to click Allow. It'll let you know if you don't have a microphone or camera.

After clicking Allow, you can access the settings at any time by selecting the button shown below next to the refresh on your browser:

Microsoft Edge

In Microsoft Edge, the process is the same, but the settings show up a little differently.

You'll need to click the lock button shown below to check the permission settings for your camera/microphone:
