What is the Comment tool?
The Comment tool is one of our most versatile tools. It allows you to create and save instructions using a voice, video, or screen capture recording.
How to use the Comment tool
There are two options for placing a comment. The first is to click on your page to create an anchor point (the first image below). The second is to attach the comment to a section of text as a highlight (the second image below).

Comment Tool Menu options
Text Comment — Type using your keyboard or Voice Typing
Voice Comment
Video Comment
Screen Capture Comment — Record only what is on your screen or include you and your voice at the same time
Color Palette — Change the highlight color of the comment anchor
Eye Dropper and More Colors
Settings — See your available and selected microphones/ cameras
