Canceling your subscription
First go to Kami, by selecting your Kami extension or just type kami.app in your browser. Once there click your initials at the top right showing the menu drop down. Select the Manage Billing button.
The Billing part of the settings Menu will then show up like below:
1. You can click this to stop your subscription from renewing which means canceling your subscription in other words.
2. If you click Billing & Manage Payments it will take you to information about your billing account.
The Billing Account information looks like this:
1. This is where you can see your current plan, how much it costs, and what date it renews
✏️ The date that it renews would also be the date your license will not renew if you have canceled your subscription.
2. Here you can see all the payments you have made in the past.
If you have selected Cancel Auto-Renewal it will show a green bar at the top telling you that it has been stopped. Also it will now say active but will not renew this means you still have a license for the time you purchased, so all the tools and features will be active until the subscription runs out.
Refunding your subscription if you have a valid reason
To refund your subscription please contact support@kamiapp.com with your receipt or the last 4 digits and expiry date of the card you used to pay. It helps to know when the payment was made, it will most likely be the same date as the renewal date on your plan.
Adding a new Credit card and removing the old
In the Billing & Manage Payments section there is the section PAYMENT METHOD here you have to Add a payment method and add your new card. Then once the new card is added you need to click the X on the side of the old card to remove it from the account.
