How do I find my Receipt?

Self-service receipt access from your own Kami app account

Opening your Settings menu

Go to kami.app and log in if you aren't already logged in then select the profile icon circle in the top right-hand of the main page and click Settings

Finding your subscription

After opening your settings menu, select Subscriptions on the left. Then next to your Billing section click the Manage Payments button

This will take you to your Billing page where you can select your latest subscription.

Downloading your receipt

Clicking your subscription in the Invoice History section will open your latest invoice details with options to download a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Check your downloads folder for the receipt, it will contain the following:

  • The email you purchased with

  • The last 4 digits of the card used to purchase,

  • Amount paid

  • Invoice number

  • The date you paid for the plan

  • Invoice and receipt numbers


​And you're done!
