If you are experiencing the issue of being unable to add students to your license and receiving an error message:


What it can mean it that the account has been assigned the user category ‘Other” in Kami, which the license considers as a Teacher.

To change the settings from “Other” to “Student” and add them to the license.

Open Kami up and select the Profile Icon in the top right of the screen.

Then select the settings option from the menu.

Then scroll down the settings to the “Change Profile”

Select the “K-12 School”followed by the  “Student” Option,

This will assign the user to the “Student” Group and will allow you to add them to the license.
