I can't add my Kami account to my teacher's license?

How to change the user assigned group from "Other" to Student"

If you are unable to add yourself to your teacher's license and receiving this error message:

It means that your Kami profile type is a "Teacher" or "Other". Your teacher's license has a limit to the number of "Teacher" or "Other" Kami accounts that it can cover. You will need to change your Kami account's profile type to "Student". To do this, you simply click the Click Here button that you see on the error message. That will update your profile type and add you to your teacher's license right away.

If you are a teacher and you are supposed to join a Teacher license but it gives you this same error message, please contact us by emailing the support address below.
