How to use Kami in Moodle as a Teacher

Everything you need to know about using Kami in Moodle as a Teacher

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Creating your Kami assignment

To get started, go to the Course you want to create an activity in.

At the top right corner, click Edit mode, then select the + sign in your course section, and then select the option Add Activity or resource. You should see a pop-up. In the search bar at the top, type in Kami and select it.

✏️ If the option doesn't show up, go to the More drop-down menu and select the LTI External Tools option. There should be an option to toggle Kami on or off.

Selecting your file

Press the "Select content" button; this should prompt you to log in to Kami. Select your file from your desired storage location, set all your assignment settings, and then click save and display.

And you're done! Your students should get their own copy of the content you uploaded.
