How do I find my Receipt?

Self-service receipt access from your own Kami app account

Steps involved to get your receipt from the Kami Settings Page in your Kami account:

Step 1. Go to www.kamiapp.com and login if you aren't already logged in.

Step 2. Select the profile icon circle in the top right hand of the main page. This looks like a colorful green dot.

Step 3. Click "Settings"

You will then see this "Settings" screen:

Step 4. Scroll halfway down, and select "Billing & Manage Payments" at the bottom of the screen. Click the Billing & Manage payments button.

Step 5. It will then take you to your "Billing page" where then click on the Date at the bottom circled in yellow in the following screenshot:

Step 6. Click "Download receipt" or "Download invoice"


Check your downloads for the receipt, it will contain:

-Email you purchased with
-The last 4 digits of the card used to purchase,
-Amount paid

-Invoice number

-Date you paid for the plan

-Invoice and receipt numbers



And you're done!
